The joy of Christmas transformed into music
Since 28 years the feeling of Christmas becomes music.
The Concerto di Natale (Christmas Concert) was born in 1993 in the Paul VI Hall in the Vatican as a tool to publicize the project of the Roman Vicariate “50 Churches for Roma 2000” and to gather resources for its realization. Since then it has been hosting internationally renowned artists every year for one of the most unique, beloved and spiritual celebrations in the world.
A “not to be missed” TV event broadcast by Canale 5 on Christmas Eve in the Paul VI Hall in the Vatican.
Every year the Concert is combined with one or more charity projects.
In 2017 the Concert celebrated its 25th edition returning to the Vatican in the Paul VI Hall and was broadcast by Mediaset Canale 5. The 27th edition took place in the Vatican on December 14th, 2019 and was broadcast as usual by Canale 5 on Christmas Eve.
The next edition is in development and the date will be communicated shortly.
